Usage Recommendations
  • Designed for: Sandwich shops, restaurants, and commercial kitchens preparing salads and cold menu items.
  • Location: Indoor use only. Place at least 2” from walls with 12” clearance above for proper ventilation.
  • Operation: Always operate with pans in place. Top section is not intended for overnight storage.

Maintenance
  • Daily Cleaning: Clean stainless steel interior/exterior with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive or chlorine-based cleaners.
  • Condenser Coil: Clean every 90 days (every 30 in heavy grease/dust environments) using a brush, vacuum, or compressed air.
  • Gaskets: Wash regularly with warm soapy water to prevent mold and ensure tight sealing.
  • Drain Maintenance: Ensure drains are clear to avoid overflow. Keep unit level for proper drainage.
