Usage Recommendations
  • Designed for: Restaurants, hotels, and commercial kitchens requiring consistent cooking on flat surfaces.
  • Location: Install on non-combustible surfaces with at least 6” clearance on all sides.
  • Operation: Preheat surface to 191°C (375°F), season with oil before first use, and adjust burners with control knobs.

Maintenance
  • Daily Cleaning: Allow equipment to cool completely. Scrape surface with wire brush or scraper to remove residue. Empty and clean oil pan.
  • Inspection: Regularly check gas piping, regulators, and burners for leaks or blockages.
  • Service: Annual inspection by qualified service company recommended for safe operation.
