Usage Recommendations

  • Operation: Use only liquid shortening (solid shortening not recommended, may damage tank).
  • Safety: Never move fryer without draining hot oil. Keep fryer in a flat, level position on non-combustible surfaces.

Maintenance
  • Daily Cleaning: Drain oil at the end of the day, clean tank with a fryer brush, and refill with fresh oil.
  • Boil-Out: Perform regularly using a low-foaming degreaser, followed by neutralizing with vinegar solution.
